Terms

Plain terms for a small product. Read them before you pay for anything; they are short on purpose, and the parts that limit what you get are in the same type size as the parts that promise something.

What this service is

InsiderRadar collects facts from public registers — first of all the AFM register — transactions by managers (MAR art. 19) — makes them searchable, and publishes fixed calculations on top of them. It is an information product. It is not an investment firm, not an adviser, and not a broker; nothing here is a personal recommendation, an invitation to trade, or a forecast of returns. How every figure is calculated is set out in full on the methodology page, and you can read that before you pay anything.

Account and subscription

  • You sign in with a password if you set one, or with a link we email you; both ways end in the same account. Setting a password is optional. We keep no more about you than the privacy statement says.
  • A subscription is personal. Sharing your sign-in link means sharing your account; an account that is clearly being used by several people at once can be closed.
  • A subscription gives access to the data pages while it is active. It does not give an earlier look: every subscriber sees the same register data at the same moment, and there is no faster tier.
  • Prices are on the pricing page. A price change never applies to a period you have already paid for.

Canceling and refunds

Access runs until the end of the period that was paid for and then stops by itself. You can stop at any time; you keep access until that period ends, and nothing is charged again without you doing something. If the service stops for good, the part of a period you paid for and did not get is refunded.

Deleting your account is something you do yourself, from the account page, subscription or not.

What you may do with the data

  • For yourself: everything. Read it, copy a figure into your own notes, check our numbers, print a page.
  • Not: republishing the collection. The underlying filings are public and you can always fetch them at the source yourself. What is ours is the collection, the classification and the calculations — copying those wholesale into another product or feed is not part of a subscription.
  • Not: automated bulk retrieval. Scraping the site, sharing your account with a script, or pulling pages at a rate no reader would.

The limits of the data

We take the accuracy of what we publish seriously, and we say where it falls short instead of hiding it. Even so:

  • Register data is incomplete and late by nature. A filing appears when the filer sends it in, not when they traded.
  • Some filings cannot be classified or linked to a security. Those are counted and named, never quietly dropped.
  • Prices and company figures come from third parties and can contain errors we do not see.
  • A calculation is not a prediction. Every figure carries the model version it was produced with, and older figures are never recomputed — so you can always see what was known when.

Liability

You decide what you do with this information, and you carry the result. Investing carries risk: you can lose part or all of what you put in. InsiderRadar is not liable for trading decisions, for missed opportunities, or for indirect loss. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to what you paid over the twelve months before the event. Nothing here limits liability for intent or gross negligence, and nothing here affects the rights you have as a consumer under Dutch law.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a way that matters to you, you hear it by email before it takes effect, and you can stop and get back the unused part of your period. Corrections that do not change what you get — a typo, a clearer sentence — happen without notice.
