Insiders sell for all kinds of reasons. They buy for only one.
Insiders have to file what they trade. We collect every one of those filings across the US and Europe — company directors, members of Congress, billion-dollar funds — and make them searchable, with figures you can recheck. Read it here, or plug your own AI model into the API. Whatever we single out, we log publicly before the outcome is known.

This preview is deliberately short. Five filings, and every name goes to its company page — which is inside. The full register, searchable, with a page per company and per filer, is what a subscription is for. The whole register is inside →
Members of Congress on this site
Names and official portraits only. What they filed — the lines, the dates and the amount bands the forms carry — is in the Congress Trading dataset, and that is for subscribers.
A track record you don’t have to believe
The register shows what was filed. The track record shows which of those filings we singled out beforehand, and what the price did afterwards — misses included, because nothing is ever removed from it. Every entry points back at the previous one; adjusting something after the fact breaks that chain, and any subscriber can see it.
These figures come from the signal log and the registers themselves. What each signal did afterwards — after 20, 60 and 120 trading days, misses included — is on the track record page, and that page is for subscribers. Percentages there are gross price changes, before costs.
The week in insider buying, in five minutes
The week’s buys, companies with several buyers, and the fresh measurements from the track record. Facts, no sales talk. Unsubscribing takes one click, and it stays free whether or not you subscribe to the site.
Every filing, every score, one state for everyone.
Every subscriber sees the same data at the same moment — enforced in the database, not in the layout. Each score carries the model version it was calculated with, and the methodology page is open to everyone before you pay.
