Access to InsiderRadar
Part of InsiderRadar is open to everyone: the newest filings, both strategies with their measured return, the weekly newsletter and the methodology in full. The registers themselves, the company and filer pages, the rankings, the fund and congress layers and the track record are for subscribers.
€0 per month
No account needed for any of it. An account only becomes useful when there is something to attach to it.
€49.95 per month
Everything in the table below, and API usage is included in it. How much API usage has not been set yet.
€9.99 per month
10,000 calls per day, bought on its own. This one does not exist yet: there is no public API on this site today, and the terms of this package are still being worked out. The price is here so it is not a surprise later.
Free and Full access, side by side
Every line below is something that is on this site today. What a free reader sees is written out rather than ticked off, because on almost every line the answer is not yes or no but how much.

|---|---|---|
| The insider registerEvery transaction directors, supervisory board members and closely associated persons reported to the Dutch AFM (MAR art. 19), the US SEC (Form 4), the German BaFin and the Belgian FSMA. | The five newest filings, with the amount and the company. | Every filing in all four registers, filtered by register, company, filing type, amount or date. |
| Company and filer pagesAll filings at one issuer with the price history alongside, and all filings by one insider. | — | A page per company and per filer, opened from any row in the register. |
| Buyer clusters and buying streaksThe days on which three or more independent buyers were active at the same company, and the same filer buying on consecutive filing days — counts over the Dutch register. | — | Both lists in full, with what the share price did since. |
| The quant rankingEvery company that can be measured, with the percentile it was given that day, how much of the measurement succeeded, and what could not be measured and why. | — | The whole ranking, with the breakdown per pillar. |
| Congress tradingTrades reported by members of either chamber under the STOCK Act, and a page per member with their filings, holdings and follow return. | — | The whole layer, searchable by name, party, state or chamber. |
| Hedge fund holdingsWhat the largest and best-known US managers reported holding at the end of each quarter, and the difference with the quarter before — at least 45 days old. | — | Every manager with a page, and the consensus tables. |
| The executive branchFilings by the US executive branch, with the transactions as read from the scanned forms by Open Cabinet. That reading is theirs, not ours. | — | The filings and the transactions, marked with whose reading they are. |
| StrategiesFixed, versioned rules over the register, backtested against an index. Each one carries its return since the start, the fourteen key figures, and the rule written out in words. | Both strategies in full: the rule, how it works, and its measured return. | The same. |
| The track recordEvery signal logged before the outcome was known, with what the price did afterwards. Nothing is removed from it, so the misses are in there too. | The median return after 60 trading days, on the home page. | Every logged signal, with its measurement. |
| Following and alertsAn email when a company, a filer, a fund or a member you follow files something — never earlier than everyone else sees it. | — | Follow anything on the site, in four alert categories you set yourself. |
| CSV exportThe register as a file, with the columns the site itself reads — facts only, no scores. | — | Up to 10,000 rows per file, 5 files a day. |
| The weekly newsletterA summary of the week, by email. | The whole newsletter. | The same. |
| The methodologyHow every figure on this site is calculated, in full, including what the calculations cannot do. | The whole methodology. | The same. |
A subscription buys access, never an earlier look: everyone sees the same register data at the same moment, there is no faster tier, and there is no figure that only some people see.
What you can read without paying
- The home page with the five most recent filings, each with its amount and the company it was filed at.
- The datasets overview — the seven sources by name — and the strategies overview.
- Both strategies in full: the rule, what it does and does not do, and the return it produced since it started.
- The methodology: how every figure on this site is calculated, in full, before you pay anything.
- The free weekly newsletter, and who is behind this.
- The privacy statement and the terms.
How you get access right now
There is no checkout on this site yet. Which payment provider we use has not been decided, and rather than bolt one on we left the seam open: access is a single record against your account, and it is granted by hand until that decision is made.
- Sign in once with your email address, so the account exists. The first time there is nothing to remember: we email you a link that signs you in. A password is optional and you can set one afterwards.
- Email teunf98@gmail.com from that same address, and access is set up for it.
Already have access? Sign in and every page opens as normal.
Canceling
Access runs until the end of the period you paid for and then stops on its own; nothing is charged again without you doing something. Your account, your newsletter and your followed companies survive that — and you can delete all of it yourself from your account page, subscription or not.
A subscription buys access to what InsiderRadar publishes: filings from public sources and fixed calculations on top of them, and nothing else.
