Buyer clusters

Days on which several insiders of the same company had each reported an open-market purchase of that company’s shares within the same rolling window of 90 days. The date on every line is the day the filing reached the regulator — never the day of the trade itself. This page counts what was filed. It is not a signal, not a recommendation and not a forecast.

The count runs on the Dutch AFM register only. The American (SEC Form 4) and German (BaFin) filings on the register page are facts without scores, so no cluster is ever calculated for them and none can appear here.

This list starts at three buyers. A company and a filing day appear here only once the count reaches three effective buyers inside those 90 days. Two buyers at the same company are therefore absent from this page — absent is not zero, it is a count below the threshold, and the filings themselves are all in the register. It is the same threshold that marks a cluster in the public signal log and in the newsletter, so no two numbers stand for one idea.

A count can read 3.5. Two rules sit behind that half: a person and the holding companies they file through count as one buyer, not as several — and a buyer who only ever files as a legal entity counts as half a buyer.
