Buying streaks

The same insider reporting an open-market purchase of the same company’s shares on 3 or more consecutive filing days, with no reported sale of that company in between. Every date here is the day the filing reached the regulator — never the day of the trade itself. This page counts filing days. It is not a signal, not a recommendation and not a forecast.

The count runs on the Dutch AFM register only. The American (SEC Form 4) and German (BaFin) filings on the register page are facts that carry no score and no linked price series; they are outside this count, and none of them can appear here.

This page is free to read, and it stops after 5 rows. Those are the 5 streaks with the newest purchase, out of 56. Reading the whole list, and the company and filer pages each row points to, is part of the subscription. What that costs is on the pricing page.

This list starts at 3 filing days. Anything shorter is still a coincidence; at 3 there is a pattern to name. A shorter run is therefore absent from this page — absent is not zero, it is a count below the threshold, and those filings are all in the register. The unit is a filing day, not a filing: several purchases reported on one day are one indication split over several lines and count as one day, and where a streak holds more filings than days the row says so. A reported sale ends a streak — an open-market sale by the same filer of the same company closes the run, and the next purchase opens a new one; on a day carrying both, the sale comes first. Every other filing type (an award, an option exercise, a pledge, an administrative correction) neither extends a streak nor breaks it: those are not buying decisions, and what each type means is on the methodology page. A streak is listed while its most recent purchase is less than 365 days old (filed on or after Sep 23, 2025). That window bounds the last purchase only — the streak itself often starts years earlier, and it is never cut short to fit.

Streaks

Shown here: the 5 most recent of 56 such streaks, most recent purchase first.

Since the first filing is what the share price did between the first close after that first filing day and the most recent close we hold, with the AEX over exactly the same days beside it — two measured figures, and never the difference between them. It is a price change, not a score, a percentile or a claim about the filer. 5 of 5 streaks shown here carry both figures; a dash means we cannot measure it — no listing line is linked to the filing, the series has stopped trading, or no close followed that day within five days.

Insiders in the AFM register who reported an open-market purchase of the same company on 3 or more consecutive filing days, most recent purchase first, with the share price since the first of those days and the AEX over the same days. A dash in that last column means we hold no measurement — it is not a zero.
