This is only the American part of this manager’s book. A Form 13F covers holdings in American listed shares, and nothing else. This manager invests worldwide and across other asset classes; what the SEC register shows is the slice that happens to fall under the American filing duty, not the portfolio. Reading the table below as “what this manager owns” would be reading a fraction as the whole.
This page is free to read, and it stops after 5 rows. Those are the 5 largest positions by reported value in that filing, out of 837. Reading the whole list, and every quarter this manager filed for, is part of the subscription. So is what changed against the previous filing — newly reported, larger and closed positions — the put and call lines, the reported value per quarter, the measured buy-following figure, and following this manager. What that costs is on the pricing page.

There is no share-of-the-book column here: this page shows part of the filing, so any percentage would be measured against a total that is not on the screen. The reported values that are there are shown as filed.
Everything on this page is at least 45 days old. Form 13F describes the holdings on the last day of a quarter and may be filed up to 45 days after it. In our measurement of 230 filings the median delay was exactly 45 days, and 207 of them arrived between day 41 and day 45. A position shown here may since have changed or disappeared, and the form does not say when anything was traded.
What these figures are, and what they are not
These are facts from a public register: which securities a manager reported holding at the end of a quarter, and how that compares with what the same manager reported for the previous quarter. Nothing in these quarterly tables is a score.
The form contains no short positions — the SEC instructs filers: “You should not include short positions on Form 13F”, and a manager who is long 100 shares and short 90 reports 100 long. It contains no cash and no securities that do not trade on a US exchange: a European company appears only through its US listing or its ADR. The value shown is the market value on the last day of the quarter — not the price the manager paid for the shares.
Put and call lines are shown in their own block, never among the share positions. A put is the opposite of a share position and it is counted nowhere on these pages.
A manager may ask the SEC to keep certain positions out of the public filing for a time. Where that happened, the quarter says so — the absence of a position is then not a fact. A later filing that adds those positions is shown as what it is: an amendment, with its own date.
Quarterly holdings cannot be turned into a judgement of quality. The filings contain positions, not results: no purchase prices, no short book, no cash, and a book that may already have changed on the day it became public. So this section says what was reported, and nothing about how it turned out. Where this site does measure what happened next, it does so from share prices and says so in that block, never from the filings themselves.
