Their reported trades in the months before the vote, on the same filing dates and amount bands as everywhere else.
The seats that change hands, so that a filer who leaves the House stops producing filings for a knowable reason.

Where it would come from

Two things, and only one of them exists here today. The trades come from the filings we already read — the same source as Congress Trading. Who is standing for re-election does not: that is a separate public list, and reading it in is its own build step with its own parser version.

Until that step is done, any list of candidates on this page would be ours rather than the source’s, and this site does not publish figures it made up.
